Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Jackie Sullivan—founder of Tactical RevOps. I’ve spent my career helping teams shift from reactive chaos to strategic, purposeful growth. I’m passionate about transforming messy operations into smooth, scalable systems, and I love partnering with like-minded clients who are ready to build smarter revenue operations.
My background spans industries, platforms, and project types, giving me a broad and adaptable skillset. After graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy, I began my career as a Civil Engineer Officer leading large-scale infrastructure projects for the Air Force and later for a large aerospace manufacturer. As I started growing my family, I traded construction sites for conference rooms—still building, just with different materials. Helping businesses grow through clean processes and strong systems quickly became my favorite kind of project.
After leading revenue operations in multiple high-growth companies, I discovered how much I thrive on diving into a business, uncovering opportunities, and helping accelerate its growth. It's especially rewarding to work with small to mid-sized businesses that are in the early stages of formalizing their revenue operations, helping them scale effectively and efficiently. This is why I founded Tactical RevOps.

Based in Metro Atlanta, I’m deeply committed to supporting local businesses in the Southeast U.S. by building scalable, efficient systems that fuel long-term growth. Our History
Tactical RevOps was founded in 2025 to bring clarity and momentum to growing businesses. After years working inside companies that were scaling fast but operating reactively and sometimes without a clear strategy, I saw an opportunity to help leaders take a more intentional approach. This business was built out of a passion for making growth sustainable—through better systems, smarter processes, and actionable insights. We’re new, but we bring years of experience and a fresh, modern approach to revenue operations.
