Founder
Hi, I’m Jackie Sullivan—founder of Tactical RevOps. I’ve spent my career helping teams shift from reactive chaos to strategic, purposeful growth. I’m passionate about transforming messy operations into smooth, scalable systems.
My background spans industries, platforms, and project types, giving me a broad and adaptable skillset. After graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy, I began my career as a Civil Engineer Officer leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
After leading revenue operations in multiple high-growth companies, I discovered how much I thrive on diving into a business, uncovering opportunities, and helping accelerate its growth. Tactical RevOps isn’t a big agency—we choose to work with a select group of clients to ensure each gets focused attention.
